Matt Schneider, P.E.

Mr. Matt Schneider is a Professional Engineer and an Associate at Martin/Martin, Inc. with 23 years of engineering experience. His expertise ranges in investigations and repairs of structures, including parking garages, residential towers, office buildings, commercial facilities, and bridges, to expertise in non-destructive testing, façade assessments, and drone surveys. At a young age, Matt was always interested in learning the science behind how things worked.  Rollercoasters fascinated him and some of his college science projects involved rollercoaster dynamics and dampening movement of buildings due to earthquakes. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a BS in civil engineering and is licensed in the State of Colorado and Texas.

Kate Homeyer

As a third-generation Reidy, Kate joined the family business in 2022 and brings a fresh perspective to its longstanding tradition. As Sales Director, she focused on education clients and industry professionals about the value and cost-effectiveness of metal refinishing. Kate is an active member of Denver Metro BOMA, where she continues to build strong industry relationships and stay engaged in the local commercial real estate community. With a passion for preserving craftsmanship and supporting clients, Kate is proud to carry the Reidy legacy into the next generation.

Bart Sadleir

Bart Sadleir brings over 25 years of expertise in the decorative concrete coatings industry, with a diverse background in manufacturing, operations, distribution, sales, and product development. Throughout his career, he has collaborated closely with chemical suppliers to develop new products and improve existing ones, driving innovation in concrete coatings. Bart’s experience spans both domestic and international markets, making him a sought-after expert in the field of concrete coatings.

In addition to his technical knowledge, Bart has 20 years of experience leading hands-on training seminars for contractors, distributors, and supply stores on a wide range of topics including coating applications, epoxies, polyurethanes, concrete staining, GFRC precast concrete, and cementitious resurfacing. His technical expertise and ability to deliver practical training have made him a key figure in the industry. Bart has also been instrumental in providing concrete coating solutions for decorative, commercial, and industrial spaces, ensuring project success through his expert guidance and technical support.
