Speakers
Tim Morris, Turner Morris
After growing up between the US and Canada, Tim Morris graduated with a BS from the School of Natural Resources at the University of Vermont in 1983. After graduating, Tim began his professional career in the roofing industry.
In 1992, Tim decided to go out independently and started Turner Morris, Inc. with his wife, Sally Morris, and business partner Tim Turner. TMI has been a steward of quality and progressive roofing practices for the past 30-plus years. Turner Morris has received the highest quality ratings from many roofing material manufacturers. Tim has been a member of BOMA since 1992 and has been a speaker for BOMA, BOAC, and other trade organizations on commercial roofing best practices.
Marcia Pryor, LEED AP, CLT, SLM, LMI Landscapes
Marcia has 40 + Years in the green Industry, starting as an infield-level employee in the summers. After graduating from CSU with a Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture, she practiced design for over 16 years. Marcia later transitioned to an account manager on the maintenance side for over 13 years and has been in business development for the last 9.5 years. She is a licensed landscape architect and has earned the following designations: LEED-AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), CLT in Hardscape and Softscape (Certified Landscape Technician), and SLM (Sustainable Landscape Management). Marcia has been involved in BOMA as an active Associate Member for many years. I was BOMA associate member of the year in 2011 and associate committee chair in 2010, and I have participated in several committees.
Kelly Proctor, DACS
Kelly brings over two decades of experience in the asphalt and concrete industry, with a strong foundation in civil engineering and business. As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at DACS Asphalt and Concrete, she plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and maintaining its reputation for excellence in pavement solutions.
With a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Regis University, Kelly combines technical expertise with strategic business acumen. She has held key positions in leading companies throughout her career, including roles as an Estimator/Project Manager at Asphalt Specialties Co. and an Account Executive at Brown Brothers Asphalt and Concrete.
At DACS, Kelly has been instrumental in expanding the company's market presence by actively participating in BOMA and other industry associations. With a strong focus on pavement maintenance and repair, DACS delivers solutions that ensure the longevity and safety of its clients' parking lots.
Stanley C. Stoll, M.Eng., P.E., DFE, CFEI, CVFI, CEO / Principal Engineer
Mr. Stoll is CEO and Principal Engineer at Knott Laboratory; a multidisciplinary team of engineers, accident reconstruction, and visualization experts who provide Forensic Engineering and Visualization Services. Based in Denver, the company has worked on over 21,000 cases nationwide.
Mr. Stoll is a board-certified diplomat forensic engineer through the National Academy of Forensic Engineers and regularly serves as an expert witness. He oversees all divisions of the company but specializes in structural engineering including building assessment, construction defects, and foundation issues.
