Join us for a Pre-Demo walk at one of the buildings managed by Hospitality at Work down in Lone Tree followed by a Happy Hour.

We will begin the conversation with a brief slideshow on the construction process followed by a Q&A, after which we will take about a half hour to walk the space, review plans, and discuss anticipated work to be done. The pre-demo walk of this space is to highlight the TI process from lease signing to delivery. Hayley will lead us through the construction processes, tech us how to read plans and then walk the space with us so we can get a real, hands-on look at what to expect with TI and construction.

Happy Hour will be from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm down the street at Lone Tree Brewing Company. Attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own drinks.

Parking at Parkridge Four is on-site and free on the south and east sides of the building.
