Please join us to learn industry and manufacturer recommendations on how to properly maintain different surfaces of a building including metal, wood, stone, aggregate, concrete, and window cleaning systems.
Participants will be divided into three groups and will rotate through stations hosted by the experts below, to learn about their trade.
Stefanie Horner is a Business Development Manager with Applied Technical Services (ATS), an engineering firm specializing in inspection, testing and calibration services across numerous industries. Stefanie has been with ATS for thirteen years and works for the Commercial Services division of ATS. She has extensive knowledge of OSHA code requirements and industry standards relating to façade access and fall protection systems.
Kate Homeyer is the Director of Sales & Marketing for reidy metal services, inc, a leader in metal refinishing, restoration, repair, historic, architectural, cleaning and maintenance. Kate is committed to the green process, through recycling, lowering carbon emissions, decreasing VOC’s, all helping buildings achieve LEED certification.
Tami J. Worker, PE is Associate, Investigative Engineering with Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers. Tami leads a team of 9 structural engineers and technicians that specialize in concrete repairs and waterproofing, as well as 3D laser scanning. Tami also focuses on strategic business development for Martin/Martin’s existing building services group of 30+.
