Property Managers will learn what is being required of them by the state and local governments concerning GHG reduction at their property. In addition, they will come away with an understanding of what it would take to implement a program at their property.

Celeste Cizik, PE, CEM, LEED AP, PMP - President / Existing Buildings Director, Group14 Engineering, Inc.
As the President and Director of Existing Building Services at Group14, Celeste’s role is to lead a team of experts to deliver technical energy services that will improve building operations and reduce carbon emissions. She has 20 years of experience in the building systems field, including mechanical system design, retro-commissioning, energy audits, building analytics, and decarbonization studies. Celeste and her team have provided electrification and building performance policy technical support for the City and County of Denver and the State of Colorado. In addition, she is an instructor for the Building Operator Certification (BOC) program and presents at conferences national.
Ben Levine - Program Manager of Business Development, buildee
Ben is the Program Manager of Business Development at simuwatt®, the producer of the buildee® Software Platform. Ben has worked in Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization of the built environment for over five years. Through his work with Utilities, Municipalities, and Private Portfolio Owners, Ben has a unique perspective on the stakeholders, challenges, and benefits of implementing and complying with Building Performance Standard programs.
Amanda Timmons, LEED AP O+M, Well AP, Fitwel Ambassador, President, Ampajen Solutions, LLC
Amanda started Ampajen Solutions in July 2008. She learned about LEED when she worked for Master Klean Janitorial. They helped Denver Place become one of the first buildings in the world to achieve LEED certification using the Existing Buildings (Operations & Maintenance) beta program in 2005. Since then, she has helped hundreds of people achieve their LEED credentials, has LEED O+M projects in several major markets across the United States, and has implemented Fitwel certifications nationwide. She speaks nationally as a LEED O+M subject matter expert and has helped the USGBC implement changes to LEED during the pandemic.
