The Denver Fire Department Code now requires that any high-rise building in Denver (75+ feet in height) have at least one licensed Fire Safety Administrator (FSA) on staff.

He has been with Advantage Security for more than 15 years and, as their Corporate Training Manager, has developed numerous training programs for ASI customers and security officers. Jeff has conducted countless tenant warden classes and is excited to now be offering the Denver Fire Department’s Facility Safety Administrator courses.

We’ll validate parking for the 1670 Broadway garage (entrances on 17th St and on Lincoln). Douglas Parking and Denver Metro BOMA provide parking. We are caddy-corner to the BOK Financial Building at 1600 Broadway and at the beginning of the 16th Street Mall between Cleveland and Court Street. If you see a Bank of America on the ground floor, you are headed in the right direction! Bring your parking ticket with you, and we will provide the validation sticker.
