Description

Join BOMA Denver for a webinar featuring Derek Valenti, Building Performance Policy Senior Administrator with the City and County of Denver’s Energize Denver.

In this session, we will review the recently codified updates to Energize Denver, including clearer guidance on existing items such as extensions and electrification credit. We will also review new Technical Guidance additions, such as transportation exclusions, restaurant adjustments, and the 30% energy use reduction target. These updates reflect four years of stakeholder outreach and are designed to help buildings better understand how they can achieve compliance. In the session, attendees should expect to learn how these updates will apply to their building and know what their next steps towards compliance will be.

This webinar is free for BOMA Denver members.
