Dr. Sharon Jaye, Energize Denver Policy Manager
City of Denver Office of Climate Action, Sustainability, and Resiliency

Dr. Sharon Jaye is the Energize Denver Building Performance Policy Manager for Denver’s Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency. She manages the team implementing the building performance policy that requires buildings to make energy efficiency improvements by 2030, with Denver being the 5th city in this country to have this type of legislation. She has over 20 years of experience in project/facilities management and implementing sustainable operations in public and private K-12 schools and higher education institutions.


Crystal Egelkamp, Building Performance Program Manager

Colorado Energy Office

Crystal Egelkamp is the Building Performance Program Manager at the Colorado Energy Office. In this role, Crystal manages the State's benchmarking and BPS program, Building Performance Colorado. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Colorado’s natural beauty.
