Please join us as we welcome Pearce Crosland, Director, Federal Affairs from BOMA International, as our keynote speaker at our April Membership Meeting.

Pearce Crosland joined the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International in June of 2021 as the director of federal affairs. He serves as the Association’s chief lobbyist in Washington, D.C., advocating on behalf of the commercial real estate industry on Capitol Hill and within various administrative agencies.

Since joining BOMA International, Crosland oversees the development and implementation of BOMA’s advocacy strategy and has revamped the Association’s policy portfolio, expanding the Association’s engagement into areas such as workforce development, sustainability and resilience, and career and technical education. Less than two years into his tenure, Pearce has established BOMA International as a thought leader on Capitol Hill and has repositioned the Association to be proactive in its approach to advocacy.
