Course Overview 

A comprehensive overview of CRE. Topics include tenant improvements, OSHA safety requirements, accounting, roofing systems, HVAC, pest control, landscaping, parking, and more.

Costs: The cost for this course is $800 for Members and $950 for Non-Members, and includes course materials, building tours, classroom sessions and lunch each day.

Meet the Facilitators: 
Dynamic and results-driven, Brie Martin leads BioMed Realty’s Boulder/Flatiron Park portfolio as Director of Operations, guiding operations and strategic initiatives across one of Boulder’s premier life science and innovation campuses. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, she brings expertise in portfolio operations, tenant relations, and market-driven strategy. Prior to BioMed Realty, Brie held senior leadership roles at Prime West and Newmark, managing diverse commercial portfolios and complex tenant-facing operations. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, operational excellence, and focus on delivering long-term value for both tenants and ownership.


A seasoned leader in commercial real estate, Teri Ososkie serves as Senior Property Manager at Hines, overseeing more than 1.3 million square feet of Class A office space in downtown Denver. With extensive experience across both Denver and San Diego markets, she brings significant expertise in large-scale property operations, tenant relations and improvements, and asset strategy. Teri has played a key role in high-profile developments, including LEED Platinum and net-zero office projects, and is known for her strategic approach, operational excellence, and commitment to delivering value for both tenants and ownership. She is a past president of BOMA Denver and remains an active leader in the industry.


A seasoned professional in commercial real estate, Amanda Darvill brings more than 20 years of experience managing a diverse range of office, industrial, medical, and retail properties across Colorado’s Front Range. Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for mentorship, she has built a reputation for operational excellence and developing high-performing teams. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Colorado State University, along with her RPA designation, LEED Green Associate credential, and Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license. An active leader within BOMA Denver, she served as President in 2023 and continues to contribute as an instructor and mentor, supporting the growth of future industry professionals.
