Must be Denver Metro BOMA members to exhibit and/or sponsor at this highly-effective speed networking event! Meeting new people and building relationships is a sure-fire way of ensuring that your business will continue to grow.

SPONSORSHIPS: Not all sponsorships include a tabletop or entry to event, so click HERE to carefully review the sponsorship descriptions for this event.

EXHIBIT TABLES: Each tabletop includes two (2) complimentary exhibitor registration badges. Tables are high cocktail rounds so plan for the small size when thinking of what to bring. Exhibitors may bring 1 extra person (for a maximum of 3), for an additional charge. Exhibitor registration located below sponsorship registration.

12:00- 2:30 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-In
3:00 - 3:30 p.m. - Bar and Registration
3:30 - 5:00 p.m. - Speed Networking with Principal Members
5:00 - 6:00 p.m. - Happy Hour and Prize Drawings
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. - Break Down of Exhibit Area

There will be no refunds issued after April 3. Checks will be made out to the Payee designated by the Attendee. Invoices are due on a net 30- day basis from the transaction date
unless it is a pre-reserved sponsorship. At that point 30 days prior to the event would be used for the transaction date even if the purchase is made within 30 days of the event date. You should receive an invoice link in your confirmation email. Please contact info@bomadenver.org if you do not receive your invoice. It is the responsibility of the member to forward an invoice internally for prompt payment by check. Any invoice unpaid after 60 days will incur a 10% administrative fee.
