Ryan Whitehurst
Executive Vice President and Managing Partner, Parkwell
As Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at Parkwell, I bring over 20 years of experience in the parking management industry, including previous ownership as a partner in a successful parking business. My career has been shaped by a deep understanding of operations, a passion for leadership development, and a commitment to people-first strategy.
Growing up as the youngest of four siblings, I learned early how to thrive within group dynamics—an experience that laid the foundation for my collaborative leadership style. I lead through compassion, always aiming to create environments where people feel valued, respected, and inspired to grow. At Parkwell, I oversee our Human Resources Department and guide initiatives in culture building, executive coaching, and mentoring future leaders.
Relatability is one of my greatest strengths. Whether I’m coaching an executive or mentoring a new manager, I build meaningful, lasting relationships that drive both individual and organizational success. I believe that strong culture and authentic connection are the cornerstones of effective leadership—and I’m proud to bring that perspective to everything we do at Parkwell.
Rachel Hall
Property Manager, Hospitality at Work
I got my start in residential housing, where I leased over $1M in apartments during my very first year; and was set to exceed that in my second. I worked my way up through the ranks, eventually taking on a role in Leadville, CO (the highest incorporated city in the U.S.), where I managed a manufactured housing community. Between heavy snow removal, unique resident needs, and boots-on-the-ground problem-solving, I gained a whole new level of experience in property operations and resilience.
In 2023, I made the leap into commercial real estate; and what started as a new adventure quickly turned into a passion. Today, I'm a CAM-certified Property Manager with 10 years of experience, known for building strong relationships and advocating for those around me. I bring a people-first mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep love for this industry that continues to challenge and inspire me. Let’s connect!
