Join us for a presentation from Dave Hewett of CRERA (https://www.crera.org/) on the topic of Distressed Assets & Receivership. 

Dave Hewett has 30 plus years of leadership experience in Corporate Facilities, Income Property & Asset Management, Project Management, and consulting. Employers and clients have included institutional, corporate, and private entities. As a strong communicator and leader, Dave has lead teams from a few people to over 100. Strategic planning, organizational planning & development, along with a focus on communication, teamwork & team building are highly focused skills. During his career oversight of properties have included Strip Retail, Malls, Office, Apartments, Land, Industrial, Distressed Assets, and other Special Purpose properties including military occupied properties with high security clearance levels.

Dave is an expert in Asset Management and has achieved the following designations throughout his career: 
Certified Property Manager (CPM), Real Property Administrator (RPA) Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Administrator (FMA), Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and was one of the first ten people in the world to be named a BOMA International Fellow.

Entrée 1: Beef Wellington - Beef Wellington aged then marinated overnight and slowly cooked in a Burgundy and Champignon sauce. Wrapped in a Golden Brown Puff Pastry with homemade horseradish and chive cream sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal Colorado vegetables.

Entrée 2: Wellshire Roasted Half Chicken - Herb roasted chicken with Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice and fresh garlic. Served with roasted potatoes and seasonal Colorado vegetables.

Invoices are due on a net 30-day basis from the transaction date unless it is a pre-reserved sponsorship. At that point 30 days prior to the event would be used for the transaction date. You should receive a confirmation email when you place your order. It is the responsibility of the Member to forward an invoice internally for prompt payment by check. Any invoice unpaid after 60 days will incur a 10% administrative fee.
