Jessica Jordan, MBA, CPM, LEED Green Associate

Jessica  is Vice President and Group Manager with Jones Lang LaSalle who brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience in Chicago, Houston & Denver to the BOMA Board.

Jessica re-joined JLL in September 2023 as a GM to do what she loves the most, new construction! Jessica leads the operations team for Riverside Development's new high rise office building at 1900 Lawrence. Jessica has a tremendous amount of new construction, start-up and operations management experience in the downtown Denver market, having led The Patrinely Group team that brought Block 162 online in 2021.

Ryan Wilcoxen, LEED AP
Ryan is Senior Chief Engineer with Jones Lang LaSalle, and brings over 25 years of engineering experience to1900 Lawrence. Prior to joining JLL, Ryan was Chief Engineer for Patrinely Group’s Flagship building, Block162.
