I am currently leading three ground-up construction projects across the Denver Metro Area and managing a robust pipeline of tenant improvements (TIs) across all major commercial sectors. We specialize in medical construction, including ORs and ERs, as well as industrial conversions, adaptive reuse, and high-quality build-outs (recent examples include major industrial TIs for BKM Capital Partners along the I-25 corridor and amenity upgrades at Prentice Point in Greenwood Village).
As Vice President of Special Projects at The TKM Group, a Denver-area commercial general contractor, I bring a rare vertically integrated skill set to every project. I am a licensed Colorado real estate broker (Brumley Realty Inc.), have served as a property manager through five full cycles, and actively work as a developer.
