The Leadership BOMA program is geared toward property management professionals. It is designed to develop overall leadership skills, industry basics, and an understanding of BOMA as an association.

It is the perfect opportunity to learn more about the industry and the association, network with peers, and develop valuable leadership skills that will help to advance your career. This select group of individuals will have the privilege of hearing from leading professionals, elected officials, and members in a small group setting.


Application Process/Checklist

To apply, please complete and submit the following application with a current resume and recommendation letter. All materials must be received by Friday, October 18, 2024. A designated task force will review applications. All applicants will be notified by Friday, December 13, 2024. Please review the Leadership Academy Packet and the requirements for applying to participate in the program. The following supporting documentation should be ready to upload when submitting your registration.

  Cost and Payment 

The cost of Leadership is $3100. Payment will be requested for each applicant upon notification of acceptance to the program. NOTE: Program costs include all expenses related to the course curriculum, including meals, travel to and from the retreat, speakers, and other textbooks.

  Payment must be received by January 31, 2025. Please let us know if you would like to make a full or partial payment with current-year funds

DORA Credits will be applied for as many activities as possible.

This course helps you understand how ethical behavior impacts your professional performance and your property’s bottom line. By working through complex ethical dilemmas, you’ll develop the confidence to follow through, even when facing adversity. (DORA Credits will be applied for)
