PMG specializes in Commercial Construction, specifically tenant improvement projects.  Our project size range from 5,000 - 50,000 sf.  PMG has been in business for 10 years with a long track record of project success.  We work frequently with Asset/Property Managers, Tenants, Project Managers, & Building Engineers.  PMG's expertise in accurate project estimating is an important benefit to the buildings and their leasing teams, as we're accustomed to project budgeting on the front end of a lease deal.  We also have a full service maintenance team that specializes in small repairs, plumbing, electrical, and anything you need help with in your commercial property.
