The Environmental Health & Safety Issues course provides targeted, industry-specific strategies for developing and managing EHS programs uniquely tailored to commercial properties. You gain actionable knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk mitigation, and emergency preparedness designed to help you achieve safer, more sustainable environments than standard EHS training provides.

Meet the Facilitator:
Channing Gibson has been an active member of Denver Metro BOMA since 1988 and served as President in 2019. He holds a BA from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of Denver, along with his RPA, FMA, LEED AP, and Fitwel Ambassador credentials. As Director of Property Management for Hospitality at Work, he oversees a national portfolio of more than 8 million square feet. A passionate educator, Channing has taught multiple BOMI courses and is a strong advocate for sustainability, building health, and the power of ongoing professional development.
