Keynote: Downtown Denver: The Next Chapter

Bill Mosher will provide an inside look at the Denver Downtown Development Authority's current initiatives to reinvest in the historic core of downtown Denver, including the transformation and future vision for the iconic Denver Pavilions. Attendees will gain valuable insight into redevelopment strategies and long-term planning efforts shaping the future of downtown Denver.

Bill is one of Colorado's most respected urban redevelopment and real estate leaders, bringing more than 50 years of experience shaping downtowns and major development projects throughout the West. Bill is currently consulting for the Mayor’s Office of Denver in the Chief Projects Office, and his primary responsibilities include leading the Denver Downtown Development Authority’s efforts to reinvest in the historic core of Downtown Denver. He also serves as CEO of the Denver Convention Center Hotel Authority and draws on decades of leadership with organizations including Trammell Crow Company and the Downtown Denver Partnership.

Registration Deadline: October 9 at 5:00 p.m.

As part of the paid membership, seven membership meeting tickets are included for the calendar year. You’ll need to be logged into your InfoHub account to use these included tickets, and you can use three tickets per meeting per paid membership. Once these seven tickets are used, you can register for the meetings at the ticketed member cost of $70.

Menu Choices:

New York medallion grilled and topped with a Cabernet Jus. Traditional Idaho Duchess potatoes

that are mashed, with hint of garlic then piped and finished in the oven to a golden brown.

Served with seasonal Colorado vegetables.

Chef’s Choice Pasta with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, asparagus tips, zucchini and

mini summer squash, blended and served with goat cheese in a white wine cream sauce.

Payment & Refund Policy: Thank you for registering for the BOMA July 2026 Membership Meeting. NOTE: No refunds will be issued after October 8, 2026. Invoices are due on a net 30-day basis from the transaction date unless it is a pre-reserved sponsorship. At that point, 30 days before the event would be used for the transaction date. You should receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. It is the responsibility of the Member to forward an invoice internally for prompt payment by check. Any invoice unpaid after 60 days will incur a 10% administrative fee.
