Since joining Hines in 2008, Ms. Ososkie has been responsible for the successful transition from construction to operations of La Jolla Commons I and La Jolla Commons II, both LEED Platinum projects.  La Jolla Commons II is one of the first net zero office buildings in the United States.  Responsible for the operations of the San Diego Industrial portfolio.  Currently, Ms. Ososkie is responsible for the property management operations of a portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet. Ms. Ososkie currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Denver Metro Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Career Highlights:

Responsible for the oversight of on-site property management operations of several of Denver’s Premiere Class A Office Properties totaling over 1.3M square feet. 

Prior to moving to Denver, Ms. Ososkie was responsible for the oversight of on-site property management operations of several of San Diego’s Premiere Class A Office Properties totaling over 721,000 square feet and 339,000 square feet of industrial product. 

Involved in the development and opening of the 500,000 square foot One America Plaza in downtown San Diego and 721,000 square foot La Jolla Commons I and II in San Diego. 

Worked with both institutional and private investors to include TIAA-CREF, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Street Properties, providing annual plans, capital plans, monthly reporting and asset strategy.  Oversight of tenant improvements for office, industrial and retail projects. 

Provided customer service training for the San Diego region.  Provided due diligence for all new business in San Diego and oversaw all property dispositions.  Serve on the Denver Leadership Team focusing on innovation, leadership development and employee engagement.

Bear Tucker

Born and raised in New Orleans, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and grew up surrounded by real estate professionals—often running around my mom’s office as a kid. My mom has worked in commercial high-rise management for more than 30 years in the New Orleans area, and her career deeply influenced my own path into real estate. 

After college, I moved to Denver, spending a season in Vail before connecting with real estate professionals throughout the Denver metro area. During that time, I was offered an opportunity to join JLL Denver, where I spent four years working alongside incredible colleagues before moving to a local developer under the leadership of Brie Martin. Most recently, I led the Denver Asset Services group at Schnitzer West prior to joining BioMed Realty. I’m excited to be part of such a talented team in Boulder and grateful to once again work with Brie.

Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to learn from remarkable mentors—Sue Tucker, Staci Casaday, Tony Lio, Brie Martin, and Dan Simpson—whose guidance has shaped my professional growth and leadership style.

Outside of work, I spend as much time as possible in the mountains with my family. I’m a proud dad to my nine-month old daughter, Gracie Rivers Tucker, and husband to my amazing wife, Tori Leigh Tucker. We love trail running, skiing, and exploring the outdoors with our two Australian shepherds – Jazz and Indie – who never miss an adventure.

Jill Rauske

Jill Rauske is a Director of Asset Management at Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversees the strategic performance of multi-million-dollar commercial real estate portfolio. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has expertise in asset optimization, capital planning, financial performance, and the management of complex Class A office properties.

Jill has led operations and major capital initiatives for some of Denver’s most prominent office assets through leadership roles at Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, Brookfield Properties, JLL, and Hines. She is known for driving value through disciplined execution, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on tenant experience and sustainability. Jill holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and a BA from the University of Michigan. She is a licensed Colorado real estate broker, LEED Green Associate, Real Property Administrator (RPA), and an active member of CREW Denver and serves on the board of directors for Metro BOMA Denver.
